76ers get another playmaker and defense in Jrue, as well as one of the best shooters in the game in JJ Redick, to compliment Ben and Joel.

Pelicans get Al Horford, who has an ugly contract BUT makes sense for Pelicans given context. Zion has been an abysmal defender in his rookie season, whereas Horfords always been able to hold his own defensively, as well as space the floor and a great passing game for a big man (unlike Favors who'd walk in this scenario). JRich can fill in Jrues shoes (to an extent) with his defense, with better shooting. Furkan's been an excellent shooter, and can be a cheaper JJ Redick for them long-term. Pelicans also get two firsts which they can use down the line to make blockbuster trades (eg: Beal or other superstars).

I know it seems like Sixers are overpaying to some, and Pelicans aren't getting back enough for others, but Pelicans can afford Horfords contract because Zions due for his extension when Horfords contract expires which lines up.
