i think maxey is ready enough to move into the point guard role for the sixers; and in the event that chicago or toronto do not decide to go into sell mode on either lavine or siakam respectively, trading for off ball shooting depth around embiid may be the way to go.

new sixers starting lineup becomes maxey, buddy, bojan, toby, and embiid. this should open up the spacing for maxey to drive as well as create more single coverage for embiid to go to work on.
