Suns get Clarke for PF depth while Fleming develops. He's really injury prone, but doesn't need to play many minutes and is only partially guaranteed for next year. Suns have enough shooting. Suns get out of tax to reset repeater. Suns convert Bouyea to standard contract.

Memphis needs a reliable, available rotational C to back up oft injured Zach Edey, and they get a passable one in Richards. Get another shooter in O'Neal, but with 3 years left, it won't age well. Richards is expiring.
