Suns — Not an ideal return, but they add wings that fit their grit-and-grind identity and gain cap relief with Duncan’s contract, pushing them further below the tax aprons. With picks #20,#29, and #52, they’ll need to target a stretch big and a point guard or address those needs in free agency.

Heat — They land KD while keeping their young core intact; they have all the leverage in this deal. I wouldn't give up my young core anyway.

Blazers — They don’t need picks here. Taking on one less year of a bad contract gives them flexibility—Matisse wasn’t in their plans anyway. They can buy out Brad next year and use the savings to pay their young talent. Brad still has value as a shooter, but he needs to accept that his contending days are likely over—not for lack of talent, but because of his contract.
