Bulls get decent wing who barely get minutes in Phoenix. With an overload in the guard position for Chicago, trading away Carter is logical. Also, playing for the Bulls gives Little a chance to slide into their rotation and boost his career progression, since they seem to be on the way for a rebuild anyways.
