Following Giannis trade, Heat need plus rotation players to fill out their roster. They get Grayson to replace Powell and O'Neal as a SF who can partially replace Wiggins. Suns consolidate two players neither of whom are going to get enough minutes next year for a starting SF. Ages are basically the same.
