Suns get PF depth in exchange for C depth for Wizards. Bagley is better and will play as a rotational PF until Fleming develops. He is very injury prone. Richards will be rotational a depth piece for Wizards. Because Bagley is better, Richards also has value as an expiring contract. Suns also give up a second round pick because Bagley is better.
