Toronto gets Ayton, and the 3rd pick toward their rebuild. They can now also flip Siakim to Houston for the 4th pick too to put a big 4 around Ayton and Barnes if they like. Portland gets Anunoby, Payne and Shamet for depth, while still keeping the 23rd pick and getting off Nurkic's deal so they can pursue another more healthy center option. Phoenix gives up Ayton and downgrades to Nurkic to get Simons, and cost-controlled draft assets toward balancing their books better. Basically:
Toronto gets Ayton for the 13th pick to pair alongside of Barnes and Siakim for their youth movement.
Portland gets- Anunoby for the 3rd pick. But also gets established veteran depth in Payne/Shamet AND gets off Nurkic's money (to make the deal possible) for Simons and a mid 2nd.
