Why the teams will do it: Grizzlies: Lose Desmond Bane but take a swing for KD who can easily provide them the clutch shooting to take them to the next level

76ers: You get off of the terrible PG contract; Beal isn't much better but only a 2 year contract with the second being the player option. Hopefully Beal agrees to the deal so he can be in another city and contend for a championship

Jazz: They get 2 free picks and they can flip Bane and Grayson for even more picks/players.

Suns: This gets them under the second apron so you can do more things later. Gets them a younger player in Markkanen who fits the timeline. Hopefully PG gets his form back or you flip him for more assets later.
