Buy out Bradley Beal, for $82 million dollars $14 Million / year less than original which is the same as a mid level exception contract which he would be very likely to get elsewhere on many different teams.
Trade Nick Richards to the Lakers, he may end up being their backup center if they sign someone like Deandre Ayton, but really they have 0 centers so they need 2.
Collin Gillespie signed to be the backup PG to play 15-20 minutes per game. Book will be the starting point guard. This didn’t work before but at that time we didn’t have ANY point guards on the roster, at least with this if Book is just on a heater with shooting or if he’s turning the ball over too much the PG duties can be offloaded when needed. But most of the time Booker is very capable. Maybe they sign someone else too like Cameron Payne to be a sort of 3rd string PG.

No this roster won’t win a championship, but I feel like they’ll be fun to watch and they will play hard and play tough and maybe they’ll go 41-41 and actually be in games rather than get blown out more often than not. And Rasheer Fleming should start even though there’s guys with more experience like Royce and Ryan, but those guys are under sized for the 4 and Fleming has huge upside potential and it would be nice to see him get a lot of minutes. The starting lineup needs that size with the outside shooting ability.
