From Minnesota, not sure if it would move the needle for the pelicans. Minnesota would have to pick up a veteran minimum; promoteJuzang did the full-time roster; and/or pick up a player on the buyout market following the deadline.

This would come, however, greatly bolster Minnesota bench.

The pelicans would be acquiring to former For strong picks (one of them was selected eighth in the 2024 draft); Clark who has become an elite perimeter defender, and is one of the top eight guys in Minnesota’s rotation and Miller, another young guy with at least a little promise; and a few seconds. It’s not the worst return for what they’ve sending out. I guess.
