It's obvious they need picks and expirings to set up the tank for a running mate for Flagg. They get the full expirings, but Conley is a super helpful piece. Conley isn't good enough to change the tank, but he is a perfect vet PG to maximize Flagg's development with the ball in all the right spots while Conley won't ballhog it.
