Timberwolves do this because they need a good Point guard, they get that in Tyus Jones, Kennard and Clarke are good pieces and can both share the Small forward position for the Wolves, the picks are valuable and they hopefully draft a forward or get a center.

Grizzlies do this because KAT leads them to wins and he did good in playoffs which is a change, and Kyle Anderson could be a solid role player on their team.

Wolves sign Naz because he proved to be a valuable asset, Jaylen Nowell thrives on low minutes and has good all around play. They cut Jordan And Moore for cap space and get a steal on Luka Garza for the league minimum
