Okay hear me out. Wolves Trade Randle to Wizards for Expiring Brogdon deal and Bey. Maybe have to atatch a 2nd rounder to get it done but pretty realistic something like this gets done. Wolves finish out the year with Brogdon taking backup PG duties and we slowly ramp up Bey post injury. Leonard Miller gets backup PF/C mins.

Now offseason comes and we're under the 2nd apron with Brogdon expiring and even after NAW and Naz extensions. So wolves can now aggregate players.

We go after Fox and trade the kings Mcdaniels, Dillingham, Donte + the Pistons protected first that doesn't convey in 2025. It's maybe the best offer we can come up with. Dillingham is the fun young player who can replace Fox, Mcdaniels is a top defender in the league who can get more touches and is worth firsts if they want to sell him, and Divincenzo gets to elevate his role and is still worth picks. Kings can decide to keep 3 players and the pick or diversify 1/2 of those players for more picks. I think this is about the value that is needed for a Fox trade, but maybe the Wolves have to trade Divincenzo for an added first on the front end and add a young player to the deal to get it done. Either way we have the framework.

Fox/NAW/Edwards/Naz/Gobert Conley/Brogdon/Bey/Minott/Miller

This is your 10 man rotation and we maybe sign a vet Backup Center who can play 10 mins a game. This is a top 10 defense still and can realistically be a top 5 offense. Will need to do some tweaking but ideally we have Fox and Edwards as the pairing for the next 5 years as the framework for contending
