Trailblazers get KAT, a superstar to pair with Dame; Jordan McLaughlin a steady back up point guard; and a rugged and versatile young defender in Dort. It would be tough giving up two #1s and two #2s, plus Sharpe and Simons; however, in return they receive players closer to Dame's timeline and would put them in contention in the western conference.

Minnesota receives the potential of Jonathan Simmons who would be an otherworldly fit between Rudy and McDaniels; Simmons injury insurance (plus a young player to develop) in Jaylin Williams; and in Suggs they have a young pg in waiting behind Conley, who doesn't demand a high usage and is comfortable playing off the ball and is a stout defender. I believe Suggs will eventually develop into a solid three point shooter and can be a decent secondary creator next to Ant; in the long run, Suggs is the exact kind of guard the Wolves should be looking to pair Ant with.

In Sharpe, the Magic receive a young player with an incredibly high ceiling who, potentially, would give the Magic a superstar in the backcourt to go with their future superstar in the frontcourt, Banchero. Plus they receive a quality back up center who they could keep or use to obtain a future asset.

They Thunder are giving up a promising young pf in Jaylin Williams and a quality role player in Dort; however, they keep their young corps of SGA, Chet, the other JWilliams, and Giddy intact and are adding a young scorer (who shoots the absolute lights out) who they could bring off the bench as instant offense or play alongside Chet, Williams, Giddy, and SGA in smaller lineups. Plus, in Thybulle, they'd be adding a stellar perimeter defender who will likely be playing on a cheaper contract than Dort and still offers the opportunity of growth as a 3-D guy (last season he shot .372 from beyond the arc and since the trade to Portland, he's displayed promise as a shooter). The Thunder have picks to spare, parting with one #1 as well as Jaylin Williams and Dort, is the price to be expected for young players of the caliber of Anfernee Simons and Matisse Thybulle.
