Man, I just wish Minnesota had a couple of firsts. It’s not happening, but man I would love Minnesota to find a way to pick up scoot. Portland goes for The and I’m sure they see scoot cornerstone. But one can dream.
Portland probably declines and this almost certainly doesn’t happen for Minnesota.
