Just loose thoughts,, some problems aren’t fixable.
Problem 1: Rotations and Substitutions: Kerr constantly pulls players when they are finding a rhythm and sits Steph according to rotation and not the game.
Solution 1: just let players stay in the game when they are in rhythm and then resume the rotation when the player cools down. Also keep Steph in late game when its close , and only rest him when absolutely needed
Solution 2: Rewrite the rotations entirely so Steph can rest enough but also find a rhythm and other players can find playing time
Problem 2: Klay’s Inconsistent Shooting
Solution 1: Bench him to motivate him
Solution 2: Cut his minutes for Moody
Solution 3: Run plays for others to get him open and limit bad shots
Problem 3: Draymond’s Antics( This is the hardest to solve, he’s useful but he tends to hurt the team when it matters)
Solution 1: Therapy
Solution 2: have the organization itself (not the NBA) fine him every time he gets a tech
Problem 4: Turnovers
Solution 1: Patience, That’s it, be patient in the offense and in transition don’t try to be too flashy when you have a defender near you. Don’t assume people are where you think they are, look first, and don’t pick up your dribble in the clutch because you will be forced to throw tough passes. It’s easier said than done but turnovers have been a killer.
Problem 5: Fouls: the Warriors are a perimeter team , so you shoot less free throws than your opponents. You have to foul less to limit the amount of impact free throws have on the game
Solutions 1: Again it’s simple, keep you arms straight up, don’t reach, don’t go for the back tap steal.Again it’s easier said than done
Problem 6: Scoring: Andrew Wiggins hasn’t been scoring well. He had a great game last night, but overall it’s hasn’t been good.
Solution 1: Trade CP3 or Wiggins for a scorer. Players like Lauri, Jerami Grant, OG , or maybe even Kyle Kuzma could help with the scoring load
Solution 2: Andrew Wiggins starts playing well and we can just keep him and maybe trade CP3 for a big
Problem 7: Size
Solution 1: Trade CP3, Corey Joseph, or maybe Kuminga for a big
