Sounds like pg13 is on there moves and the warriors are interested and definitely could have a package the clippers want, while the clippers are somewhat interested in cp3 so trading cp3, looney, gp2 and 1 first in a sign and trade for pg13 is fair, and I know people will say it’s not enough for the clippers but they would lose him for nothing and this adds a lot of depth
