Warriors get starting center who can stretch the floor, a young 7'0 athletic rim running center as a back up, and a young wing who can bring Kuminga-like athleticism, and are still under the first apron to enable them to sign GP and maybe another piece. Also get an early second in this draft (Draft wing Adou Thiero or center Ryan Kalkbrenner for additional depth at those positions, then a backup PG at #41)

Charlotte gets Kuminga for Mark Williams who no longer wants to be there and a second. Once they draft VJ #$ and a center with their early second round pick, they'll have a solid young core with athleticism, wing depth, scoring, etc. while also getting off the Grant Williams money. Plenty of cap space to prepare for a bigger move within the next year or so to start making deep runs.

Chicago takes the bad contracts from both teams and gets a future pick.
