Trade 1:
GSW: Claxton, Murray
NOP: Butler, Mann, 4 Firsts
BKN: Zion
Explanation: Warriors probably won't be able to rely on Jimmy this year, and so they turn him into 2 starter level players. Murray can be there in the non-Steph minutes and play alongside him with his playmaking and defense, and Claxton can be the double-double rim-protecting big the Warriors haven't had in a long time. Brooklyn is taking a chance on Zion, where he either finds a role or they can sell high as they did with Bridges and Cam Johnson. They're using NYK's Pick to dump Mann's contract, so they're basically paying Claxton and a PHI pick for Zion, which is a fair price. The Pels getting 4 picks for Zion and DJM feels pretty good, even though they are absorbing the huge Jimmy contract, but his expiring contract combined with Poole and other expirings on this team can open $100M+ in cap next offseason.
Trade 2:
GSW: Cam Johnson
Den: Moody, Horford, Pick Swap
Explanation: Cam would be a perfect fit on this Warriors' team, and they're buying pretty low on him, while Denver saves about $5M, and since they're getting a backup big in Horford, they can waive Jonas Valanciunas, saving $10M, and then potentially dumping Nnaji, they can resign Peyton Watson.
Free Agency:
Lebron James: 2 yr - $30M MLE
Porzingis: 2 yr -$30M 1+1
Draymond: 2 yr - $30M (opt out/resign)
Thybulle: 1 yr - Minimum
Melton: Decline PO
Draft:
Pick #11: Brayden Burries - $6.3M
Pick #54: Tyler Bilodeau - $1.8M
Roster: $213.3M - $7.7$ Under 2nd Apron
Starters:
PG: Steph
SG: Murray
SF: Lebron
PF: Porzingis
C: Claxton
Bench Rotation:
Johnson, Green, Podz, Santos, Burries
Deep Bench:
Post, Thybulle, Richard, Bilodeau
Overall, if this team has minimal health issues (not likely), they can be a top 4 team in the west, they have a very good starting 5, surrounding steph with lots of talent but also probably the best bench in the league if health becomes a problem.
