Warriors

• Resign Draymond to team friendly long-term deal starting at $15mil maybe declining or flat over 4 years

• Acquire dort for pick #11

• Salary dump of horford & podz included with the pick (WIZARDS JUST PLACEHOLDER)

• Trade for AD (in order to persuade LeBron to join on a paycut / persuade Draymond to renegotiate contract / maybe Curry to take paycut next offseason)

• Sign LeBron for ntmle

• Resign melton & porzingis (maybe even smaller contract or replace him with Robert Williams)

(Cryer contract because salary of Curry is buggy, for correct salary cap)

Not a bulletproof team but definitely a much improved roster and one that is fairly realistic. The team would surround Curry and LeBron with elite defenders and put them at their most comfortable defensive positions / roles while providing a great offensive fit and combination of skills. Lebron & AD are provenly a great fit offensively, add in Curry and the offensive looks become elite. Lineup versatility / flexibility is also great both in terms of playing big or small. Trading prices here may even be to high for both dort and AD but I would be willing to give up this package.

Wizards

• Position themselves to be the team with the most cap flexibility and great young players / picks for the much anticipated 2027 Free agency.

• AD & Wizards can't agree on a contract in this scenario / he doesn't want to play there. Doesn't seem unlikely right now, given that Washington may not want to pay him the maximum amount of money he is eligible for.

Thunder

• Want to shed salary and move up in draft -> thus acquiring pick #11 from GSW and fully removing dorts contract (may need to find / pay a third team willing to take on at least horfords money)
