The Warriors need a solid secondary scorer beside Steph. Brandin Podziemski still needs development time—like what Poole had in the G League. Jimmy Butler, while valuable, isn’t the offensive force he once was. Enter Cam Thomas: a proven bucket-getter who can take offensive pressure off Steph.

Ben Simmons should be signed to lead the second unit. His playmaking, size, and defense will elevate the bench, and with vets like Draymond and Butler around, his mindset could improve.

Instead of targeting a 40-year-old like Al Horford, Walker Kessler is a smarter long-term pick at center.
