Why Grizz would do it:

Memphis loves plus athletes who can defend, and here comes TJD, Kuminga, plus a familiar face in Milton. They get rid of JJJ in exchange for young legs and last year contracts. The way Kuminga is playing, it's not hard to imagine a scenario which they match a cheap offer sheet during the off season and he goes on to take a leap in the next couple years.

Why Warriors should do it:

They need a stretch big and a second option obviously, but JJJ's shooting inefficiency might not be a big issue if Kuminga is off the team. Meanwhile, his interior defense playing alongside Dray,Loon orKyle is much needed, and his offensive game as a secondary playmaker could complement so well in the system. The warriors should still have a very competitive 11 man rotation after the trade, and still be in position to add another piece. Now, would you do?
