Bad season for the Warriors so far. But they don't have to go crazy, they don't have to spend the entire future of the team on a star who has 3 years left in his season and nothing else, it seems fair to me to reserve the first round picks they have, they supposedly have the 12th pick next year so they can get a good shooter like Jeremiah Fears, Kon Knueppel, or they can get another big man like Derik Queen, Valanciunas has an acceptable contract and is indicated for a Warriors that suffers in the paint, besides that he has 3 years of contract and can be traded in the future. I also thought about players like John Collins, but he has a contract of 26 million, and the Warriors can't afford that much money. So this trade seems acceptable.
