So with the Warriors out early again the need for another All Star is apparent. They have already said they want to roll it again with the big 3 so something has to be done. Wiggins just disappeared this year so they find a team in the Knicks willing to trade a All NBA player for him, but with the added cost of a young wing and draft capital. The Knicks use this extra capital to replace JR with a defensive force in Jones, while also adding another strong (if he can get his head on straight) two way player. It's obvious that Pelicans need to do something before Zion and BI are past their prime so they take a shot getting Ice as their lack of offense was obvious against Lakers. Hawks probably figured out while Trey was out that with the right pieces they could run with Dejounte as their main ball handler so they grab some draft assets as well as a very good young player in Kuzminga as well as a veteran presence in CM.
Is this a reasonable trade scenario, probably not but I think all 4 teams go into next year better.
