This trade is great for the warriors giving them size and real shooting, it also gives Steph real help. For the Jazz they get multiple young players and 3 firsts (the 2030 pick isn't shown but is trade-able) and they get off the Kyle Anderson contract. The Nets are the real question mark here, they probably don't want Jimmy Butler, however, they get Kuminga who still has potential and get TJD as a possible backup center. They also get this years first which will most likely be in the late teens. Jimmy will definitely sell tickets and knowing Jimmy (won't play hard on a bad team) he wont make the team much better which is better for their draft pick. Maybe the nets take Jimmy knowing the kings will be dumb and trade for him in the off-season lol.
