-Curry is Curry
-Wiggins back to 2022 form
-Kuminga Leap
-All while having Lauri
-Melton backup point guard to replace podz
Let me talk my shit, im sorry:
If Wiggins does not go back to 2022 form he should be shopped at the deadline. However, there's a good chance he does go back to that version of himself though. I also think kuminga would thrive with Curry and Lauri spacing. The paint wouldn't be clogged anymore because they gotta guard lauri and steph. Especially if Wiggins gets his three ball back (remember he shot 39% from 3 in 2023, just one year ago, its very possible). He even ended the 2024 season off a little bit better (shot 40% from 3 in the last 3 months). I believe Wiggins can and will go back to that version of himself if he has a reduced role (the 3rd or 4th option behind Steph, Lauri, maybe Kuminga). I don't know how hes gonna play next season but this is why I said its the BEST case scenario. Theres a possibility that it was just a bad year. Theres another possibility that he truly is cooked. Wiggins is likely gonna be on the team next year so we just gotta pray I guess. But its very possible. Tim Kawakami said theres a chance they run a Curry/Wiggins/Kuminga/Draymond/Lauri starting lineup. And I see the vision. If Wiggins goes back to his best self that makes this lineup REAL scary. Steph MF Curry. Lauri Markkanen. And if everything goes our way, 2022 Wiggins. And don't rule out a Kuminga leap. Kuminga would be a good 3rd option as he already is. But he could be an even better one. Like if he improves his 3 ball, shot creation, and defense, just pray for the league ngl. Imagine 2022 wiggins comes back, Kuminga takes a leap, all while having Steph fucking Curry. On top of that having Lauri. He would be a great fit in golden state and would be Currys best Co-Star since KD. Hes a 7 ft sniper who has good finishing skills at the rim. He fits perfectly in Golden States offense. He moves off ball and off screens and can shoot the hell out of the ball. Imagine Curry/Lauri PNR. Lord have mercy. And I haven't even really mentioned Steph Curry. I don't need to, its self explanatory.
Let me hype the bench up a little real quick. It has amazing defenders. Melton, Buddy, and Okoro can all shoot. It has great Size.
Great Bench, Great Starting lineup. If everything works in our favor, call me crazy but we better than any team in the league.
Let me summarize: Curry is Curry. Wiggins in 2022 form. Kuminga improves. Our bench is amazing. Get Lauri. Its over for the league. Steph Retires with 5-7+ rings.
