PHX utilizes it's early bird rights to bring back Craig & Landale on respectable deals. They also retain Biyombo & Warren on minimums and keep Saben Lee on a two way contract. With their 2 free agent signings, they land both Yuta & Ty Jerome on minimum deals. Other minimum options I considered were Taurean Prince & Eric Gordon, but felt both of those players will get more money elsewhere.
The Suns only other avenue of improving their team is the utilization of $4.9M trade exception from when they traded Dario Saric to the Thunder. I went with Danuel House as PHI most likely doesn't want Houses' money on their books this year, especially with Harden leaving town. PHX has no draft capital so they send cash to get the deal done. Other targets I considered for the Suns to look into with their TPE were Andre Drummond if they don't bring back Biyombo/Landale or Jordan Nwora who makes 3 mil year and could be a solid wing presence for the Suns.
