I changed my mind, Hunter Dickinson should be the two-way player, here instead of Trey Alexander

Utilize the trade exception created last season when they dumped Kenyon Martin Jr.'s contract onto the Pistons to absorb Bey's contract. You send out four unprotected seconds, as well as Broome, who has not been playable so far this season. Philadelphia adds a strong, big-framed forward to add a little more depth at that 3/4 spot. He just dropped 36 pretty fresh off an injury. We've seen him drop 50 before; he'd be a dangerous piece for Philly. You also get Trey Alexander here, he's 6'3 with a 6'10 wingspan phenomenal shot creator.

Second Move: https://fanspo.com/nba/trades/mX5HPid8DKG7kn

From here, I would send McCain to Sacramento (McCain's hometown) for a Charlotte second-round pick that will most likely be a high 30's pick. Pretty obvious move here in my eyes, you're potentially getting a better initiator/ball handler in a loaded 2026 draft (A draft where you currently have no picks in). I love McCain I think he's a knockdown shooter, he's gonna be a very solid player in this league, but he's just not what Philadelphia needs right now at there two guard, when you have Grimes who does everything he does but locks down on the other end, and has better size, as well as Edgecombe coming into his own and showcasing his superstar potential this season, you can't decline this in my opinion.

Third Move: https://fanspo.com/nba/trades/XTnZBsOVJw-woL

Pretty simple here, you need a guard that can facilitate and score. Look no further, Vince Williams Jr. is a solid playmaker who can fill it up, and was turning heads with his defensive play in 2024. He's regressed on that end, but that's not what you're trading for here; you're getting a playmaker who isn't a traffic cone on defense.

Fourth and final Moves:

Obvious move here sign Dominik Barlow to a rest of the season contract. And then sign Kennedy Chandler to a two-way. And this is how I would approach the Sixers' deadline and signings
