With Raiders down, let's get the Browns job out of the way. Below is the link to the rest of the candidate lists and I will keep those updated every time I post.

Let's look at this job. The Browns organization might be the worst organization in the NFL and might be bottom five organization in professional sports. Looking back when this job last opened in 2020, the Browns didn't have a lot of coaches interested and Stefanski wasn't seen as a sexy hire at that time. Also looking back is that everyone seemed to dog them out for being the worst destination for a coach even though they had a very promising roster with a young, up and coming Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, a top 10 O Line that was headlined with All Pro G Joel Bitonio, and Odell and Jarvis Landry were your WR1 and WR2. Add Stefanski, and he made it work for as long as he can even though a lot of them either left or got ran out of town. Now, looking at the job today, I feel like this job is very promising to a coach if they really want it, but on the complete opposite side of the field. You come in and inherit a top 5 defense from 2025 that will have single season sack record holder Myles Garrett, Denzel Ward, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Mason Graham, and Carson Schwesinger, not to mention that almost every draft pick by the Browns have shown flashes for them this season. This will be a job that once a coach gets in there and requests a few things, he could get this ball rolling and change the narrative in Cleveland.
Offensive Minded Coaches
Todd Monken, Baltimore Ravens (OC; 2023-?)
He has shown some highs and lows. Had turned a winless Southern Miss program to a top tier C-USA program in three years and left to be a NFL OC and just fell off and found his way back to college as an OC at Georgia winning two CFP's with them and left and coached MVP Lamar Jackson. His job is now in limbo with Harbaugh getting the boot at Baltimore and there is no reason the new coach to keep him as the offense hasn't looked so great this season and the tension between the coaching staff and star QB Jackson that it seems to be between Lamar or the staff and the Ravens are currently prioritizing Lamar over Harbaugh and Co. Cleveland seems to be a great fit for him to bring his own offense and his own QB (if he doesn't prefer Sanders) to the Browns
Joe Brady, Buffalo Bills (OC; 2023-?)
If not Monken, then bring in Joe Brady who worked with both Joe Burrow and Josh Allen. I personally don't think he is all that great, but a product of having talented players and QB's making him look good, but he can go to Cleveland and actually prove how good of a coach he really is as there is so much paint not on that canvas yet.
Kliff Kingsbury, former Washington Commanders Offensive Coordinator (2024-25)
There are most likely people out there who might say "oh, because he got fired means no one will want him as their HC," which is false because there are going to be teams who will pursue him and because of one thing. He always gets the best out of his QB. He isn't that great of a overall coach, but he can coach that QB position so well that he can make the most below average QB look like a top 10 QB in one season, and there will be teams who would want that out of him and than do away when his assistance is no longer needed.
Dan Pitcher, Cincinnati Bengals (OC; 2024-?)
Saw this thrown out once and thought it was a joke, than saw he got an interview and made more sense. This seems to be a Stefanski-esque hire. You hire a guy that doesn't get that much attention and find out if he really is that guy or not. Has done a great job working with Burrow, just curious how he will do with someone else.
Tommy Rees, Cleveland Browns (OC; 2025-?)
Don't understand why, but it seems like he is only getting this interview so the Browns can reach their interview limit.
Defensive Guys
Jim Schwartz, Cleveland Browns (DC; 2023-?)
Out of all the Browns assistants, this one makes total sense. This was a top five defense with the best non QB at DE. Hiring Schwartz might not be a sexy hire, or a desired candidate, but it does bring confidence to this young defense. All Schwartz has to do is hire a great OC and figure out the QB and the OL immediately.
Aden Durde, Seattle Seahwaks (DC; 2024-?)
Speaking of top 5 defense, the Seahawks had one too. If Durde takes over, he would have the time of his life working with this group. I feel like he could get the best out of all of them, but I feel hesitant handing him the keys to this offense as I don't trust him hiring the right staff to improve them into the right direction.
Jesse Minter, Los Angeles Chargers (DC; 2024-?)
Was not on my list for quite some time and I have decided to put him on my list last minute after I found out that he will interview with the Browns. This would be a home run hire as a see him as one of the best player developer available in the coaching cycle. He was able to get a lot of the younger guys going from year one to year two and improve on the defense after Khalil Mack missed some time this season.
There is my list of eight candidates, I don't think this is a much flattering job and will not go after the biggest names available, but I do see whoever taking this job preaching about why he took the job is because there is tons of potential. Let me know your thoughts down below!
