I turned on the Rutgers-UMass game thinking it would be a nice way to start the college football week by watching KJ Duff and the Scarlet Knights drop 30 on the Minutemen in the first half to turn around and see 27 being dropped... By the Minutemen. The score looks better on Rutgers' side than it actually was, this was a 30-7 game at one point. To think I am already anticipating for Rutgers to make a coach move is shocking if you told me this morning when I woke up.
Right at 7, I turned on ESPN and watched the Colorado and Georgia Tech game and let me say that I am impressed by Colorado's defense and I came out of it thinking they might be a top 25 defense this year containing Justice Haynes and exposing that OL early. I am curious to know if the QB's are legit on both team as I didn't get a whole lot of excitement from either, but there is plenty of room for growth for both of them. Georgia Tech is going to block a lot more kicks this year, they got a 6'9 TE that is a genuine cheat code. Speaking of blocked kicks, that is how Colorado ended the game by blocking one of the most reliable kickers in the NCAA.
