Giants: Trade the first pick in the Draft to the Steelers for Justin Fields

Pats: Draft some solid WR's and sign a veteran QB to help Maye out

Jags: Fire Coach Peterson and trade Trevor Lawerence for some solid picks and players

Raiders: When free Agensey comes, sign the best player possible for their weakest position

Chiefs: Learn how not to have the refs carry u to win games, just get good yourself

Jets: Rodgers isn't doing anything so draft a QB in the Draft and get a better HC

Bears: Caleb Williams isn't good and the only way to make him good is to get a solid HC and a veteran QB to help him out.

Colts: Richardson isn't going to be there long and I hope for that since he doesn't have accuracy, but if the OC and QBC he can become way better

Panthers: Draft and sign some offence to become better, Young is getting killed out there because he doesn't have any o-line or Wr`s at all, so they should spend a lot of money to get back to their 15-1 type of season.

Titans: The lost of King Henry and Deandre Hopkins make this team straight up trash, what they need to do is to draft some WR's and maybe a RB because Tony Pollard is probably going to get injured now and then.

49ers: Just hope that all of the starters don't get injured next year like they are right now, that would put them back on the board for super bowl contenders.

Cowboys: Dak isn't good, so if they can draft a Qb or Try to get a solid one out of Free agensey.

Bengals: Draft and sign some def and also fire the DC, and hire a new one.

That is what I think teams need to do to get better.
