We have finally fired Mike McDaniel. He wasn't much of a head coach, he was a genius in scheming his first year or two and his offense became predictable when not wanting to change or adapt. It was even worse this season when we did change up the scheme and ran the ball more with Tua having his issues (which is another story for another day) and once the defense figured out our gameplan, we didn't change anything to catch them off guard. McDaniel will go off to be a good OC somewhere but will never become a HC again, I can guarantee that.
