If you haven't heard, we hired Jon Eric Sullivan (JE or Sully for short). He was the Packers VP for Player Personnel. This is honestly a very smart, and great hire by the Dolphins. The Packers have drafted well, we struggle drafting. Not saying he is going to make us draft 10x better, it is just now I have more confidence in the Dolphins drafting well in the non first round picks. I am curious to see what is next as we didn't hire Chad Alexander like every Dolpfan thought, including I. I still think Harbaugh is the top of the list, but this also opens the door to a possible Jeff Hafley era.
