KC
3rd round pick to JAC for Christian Kirk
Chiefs trade a day 2 pick for a slot that can stretch the field, and do the YAC stuff they need. They'd probably prefer to get a real X receiver that can do the inside and outside stuff, but the best ones on the market are DHop and Mike Williams, who are both just worse than Kirk. Maybe Calvin Ridley becomes available?
Lions
4th round pick to CLE for Za'Darius Smith
Lions get a solid veteran edge for an early day 3 pick. Obviously a Maxx Crosby type would be better, but are the Lions willing to pay two first rounders for Crosby when they have to lock up Hutch, Jameo, and Gibbs to extensions soon? They get a guy who's 60% as good for 15% the cost.
Ravens
I honestly couldn't come up with anything for them. I think they're the most complete team in the leauge, their pass defense is bad but I also like their players on that end. I think they just need more time with the scheme. Maybe a late rounder for insurance at wideout? I.E. 6th rounder for Darious Slayton.
Packers
3rd round pick to CLE for Greg Newsome/JOK
Probably undervaluing Newsome at a 3rd rounder, but honestly any of the CLE defenders would be awesome. Just one more guy in the middle of the defense would be a perfect fit. Really any position on defense for them would help, but these two guys felt like the best. They don't need anything on offense, though another RB would be fun. Late rounder for Mostert?
Bills
Already made their move. Maybe go get a linebacker? Or a NT? This team is awesome, they just need to get healthy on defense, but their offense finally has the firepower to keep them in almost any game.
Texans
Literally any offensive lineman. Some sort of swing tackle or inside player. I don't know if it's scheme or the players, probably both. Their tackles, which seems like the strong suit on paper, are getting bullied, and the interior isn't much better.
Vikings
I don't think they have a move. Maybe it's to get another defensive piece? I don't see them getting much better with another player on defensive, they're already elite on that end. The offense is worse than people think it is by advanced stats, but I don't know how they improve it without a QB upgrade. This season is already a pleasant suprise for this team, so I think they save their assets to prepare for JJ's first year at QB next season, or save the money for a Darnold extension.
Bears
Similiar story to the Vikings. They have the roster, they just need more time. Another offensive lineman would be nice.
These are all the teams I actually think could play in a championship game and it wouldn't shock me. Feel free to make suggestions for the teams I couldn't get a solid idea for.
