Basically you’ll get a spin that decides what position you are you're personality and other aspects about you’re character such as height weight etc obviously I won’t spin for every stat but the stats that are most important for you’re position

For instance if you spin DB athletic traits and important coverage stats are you’re main stats you get to see the results of as for other categories they will be done via a random number generator

Another example is WR you’ll get all you’re catching stats and route running skills plus you’re main physical stats and QB being passing attributes and other important position based stats

Finally for this there will be special abilities that you can get it’s only a 30% chance on the wheel but each position has some different abilities each providing a massive boost to you're character and you can roll up to 2 special abilities at the maximum
