I’ve seen some videos like this a couple years ago so in honor of the season starting tonight, I thought I’d make a list. So here is a tier list of which quarterbacks I would let date my daughter.

Tier 1:Absolutely

This tier consists of quarterbacks who I would gladly let my hypothetical daughter date. If I was a girl these would be the quarterbacks I’d be crushing over.

1:Drake Maye

This one isn’t even biased. Drake is not only one of the best quarterbacks in the league, but he’s also in an awesome relationship with his wife. You can tell that he’s a really supportive dude and he would be a great boyfriend.

2:Justin Herbert

He’s just a really fun dude, whenever you see a video of him at practice or something he always looks like he’s having a blast. Also this would probably mean my daughter has godly genes which means I’m either a supermodel or my future wife is one.

3:Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza

I kind of bunched them into the same tier because they’re fighting for the same job but they’re also both great people. Kirk is one of the most fun quarterbacks in the league and is a great dad, and Fernando is a really smart guy and I know he would be able to take care of my daughter.

4:Matt Stafford

I just don’t see any reason to say no to him, he seems like a nice guy and he’s got a stable job, I think he would be a good boyfriend. Him and his wife are doing great so I’m sure he would do great with my daughter too

Tier 2:Have her home by 8

This is the guys who I would say yes to but it’s not really as exciting as the first group, still a yes though.

5:Josh Allen

The only reason why he’s not higher is because I don’t like the Bills. He’s a cool dude and he’s in a strong relationship too, he would check off all the boxes but I can’t put him higher because he’s a division rival and it’s not ok to do that.

6:Brock Purdy

Brock hasn’t done anything wrong, he came into the league projected to be a third string who would likely be out of the league very soon but he blossomed into a star, that’s the kind of guy I want, someone who’s hard working and doesn’t give up. The only issue is I don’t know anything else about him.

7:Baker Mayfield

I really like Baker, he’s a great player and he plays for a team I like, he’s hard working, competitive, and he just got paid. He checks off all of the boxes but I’m just worried that after he was so frustrated with his contract before he got paid that he might not always be perfect.

8:Jared Goff

There’s nothing wrong with Jared Goff, he’s a solid quarterback making good money, he seems like a good guy, but once again, I just don’t know a lot about him, I’m pretty sure he has a solid relationship but I don’t know for sure, he seems good though.

9:Bo Nix

He’s a solid quarterback and he seems like a nice dude, I don’t really have any opinions on him but I think this is a solid spot for him. I really don’t know anything about him other than the fact that he’s old for someone in their third year.

10:Dak Prescott

Dak is a good guy, he won the Man of the Year award so there’s no doubt that he passes the personality test, there’s just one big issue. He plays for the Cowboys. If he was on any other NFC team he would probably be top 3 but because he’s on the Cowboys he gets dropped a tier.

11:Jalen Hurts

Jalen is another guy who I just don’t know a lot about, I know he squats like 600 pounds which is impressive but I don’t really know a lot about him as a person. He’s got a stable job though so that helps his case.

12:Jordan Love

Another quarterback who I just don’t know anything about, he’s been in the league for a while and has a stable job so I count him as a decent option. The only issue is that he’s spent half his career as a backup and if he’s the backup in the relationship then there’s gonna be an issue.

13:Daniel Jones

He’s got a stable job and he’s making decent money, I don’t know much about him but he seems like he’s a decent person, if he can prove the doubters wrong this year I think 13 is a fair placement for him.

14:Bryce Young

Bryce had a rough start to his career but he finally found the right ground and he’s an up and coming solid option now. The only issue with him is if he takes a step back, falls out of the league, and becomes one of those guys who is always talking about his college glory.

15:Cam Ward

He’s just another dude who I know absolutely nothing about, he’s got potential to be a star so hopping on the train early would be nice but I just think it’s too early to tell whether or not he’s a safe option, I just need to know what kind of a person he is.

16:Caleb Williams

He was on the border for whether or not I wanted him in this tier or the next one, on one hand he’s a rising star and he seems like a nice dude but on the other I’m not really a fan of him and the Bears and I don’t even know if he actually likes girls.

Tier 3:I’m always watching

This is the group where they could be an option but there’s just some issues that I can’t ignore.

17:Tyler Shough

I would consider swapping him and Caleb but I know more about Caleb. Shough is going into year two on a team that will either do something similar to the Pats last year or sink the ship. Depending on which one, he could ride or fall. Stability is important.

18:Malik Willis

Can someone actually tell me one fact about this dude? Like actually, I don’t know a single thing about him, he fell in the draft and the Titans gave up on him quick where then he went to the Packers and played like 5 good games at most and then got paid like a decent starter. How does that even happen? The Dolphins can’t be THAT desperate, right?

19:Sam Darnold

Most people would have him higher but after the superbowl I can’t, he seems like a decent dude but I just can’t sit down at a dinner right across from the guy who ripped my heart out 7 months ago. It’s just not gonna be easy.

20:Patrick Mahomes

Mahomes himself isn’t too bad, he’s getting paid good and he’s loyal to the Chiefs but it’s his choices that drop him. His wife isn’t a good person and his brother might have more crimes committed than he has fingers. I don’t want my daughter around those two.

21:Lamar Jackson

It seems like every time Lamar is up for a new deal there’s always controversy between him and the Ravens. He always starts posting cryptic stuff and whines, that’s not the guy I want around my family, I want someone trustworthy and honest. Lamar hasn’t proven that to anyone.

22:Joe Burrow

He’s a decent guy but he looks like he still lives off of high school glory and those videos of him smoking cigars after major wins. If he wants those to be relevant then he should start winning again but until then he’s just childish and untrustworthy.

Tier 4:Nah

This is the tier of guys who I just don’t really like, I just don’t think they would be good to be around my daughter.

23:Trevor Lawrence

We need to get OFF of the Trevor Lawrence hype train. If he was gonna be a star he would have done it by now, he was the best prospect in his draft and he was supposed to be awesome but besides a couple weeks every year he never is. He always finds his way into people’s top 10 quarterback lists by the end of the year even though he has 5 good games. I want a consistent man, not a guy who thinks he can show up twice a year and call it good.

24:CJ Stroud

Coleridge is an interesting one, he had a great rookie year but after that he just kind of fell off, he hit a slump and he’s never been the same. Now he wants 70 million a year, that’s not happening. Because of that I don’t think his job is very stable, that’s not very good.

25:Geno Smith

Geno just doesn’t seem like he’d be good for my daughter. I don’t know if it’s because he’s on the Jets and even there his job isn’t really stable or if there’s something else I’m forgetting but for some reason there’s just something that makes me say no to Geno.

26:Kyler Murray

He’s kind of a crybaby and he’s obsessed with Call of Duty. There’s nothing with liking the game but sometimes it looks like he’d rather be playing COD instead of hitting his targets. And being a crybaby is just the nail in the coffin.

27:Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix Jr.

Tua won’t have to worry about money but I’m like 90% sure he has permanent brain damage and will die before the age of 50 if he gets one more concussion or takes another hard hit. With Penix is more about the fact that his job is about as stable as an elephant sitting on a table, he’s gonna be a backup or even a third stringer very very soon.

28:Jacoby Brissett

Another guy who’s job is about as stable as an elephant on a table, I expect Jacoby to be out of the league very soon if he keeps asking for starter level money when he’d be a backup on almost every other team in the league.

29:Jayden Daniels

The only reason he isn’t one spot higher is because he would probably sue me if he was in the bottom 5, so instead, I put him in the bottom 4. The lawsuit stuff isn’t a good look at all, before that I would have had him like 10 spots higher.

30:Jaxson Dart

First of all, if I saw him in public and had no idea who he was I would assume he watches alpha male podcasts, second of all, he plays for the Giants who are a bottom 5 team ever, and third of all, he’s a couple hard hits away from being on the Tua trajectory.

Tier 5:Absolutely not

This tier is the guys who I don’t want anywhere near my daughter.

31:Aaron Rodgers

This guy is actually insane, I’m like 99% sure he has a made up family because he refuses to actually see his. Along with that, his first date ideas would probably be getting high in the Appalachian Mountains, a darkness retreat, or hunting for Bigfoot in the middle of Saskatchewan. If he came to my door asking to talk to my daughter I’d be getting a restraining order immediately.

Tier 6:Straight to the Slammer

You know exactly where this one is going.

Derrick Watson, different than the name we actually call him, which is Predator, is one of the worst people to step on the gridiron. I don’t even have to give the story, everyone knows what happened. If this guy shows up at my door I’m calling the cops and hiding my family in the attic. I don’t want this guy within 500 miles of my zip code.
