So the Steelers have finally moved on from Matt Canada and are currently second in the AFC North at 7-4. Looking ahead to the offseason, here are some moves I think that they could make. 1) Pat Surtain- Apparently there are some rumors that the star young DB is in trade talks, im not sure if this is true but if it is I would not mind giving up a second and Larry O for him along with a late draft pick if needed. He would greatly boost a secondary that needs it to help keep the Steelers' defense strong. 2) Chris Lindstrom- Not sure if the Falcons would be willing to move on from the star lineman but if they are I would think the Steelers should attempt to bolster the OL which continues to need improvement despite an increase in production over the last few games. A few mid round picks and backup Nate Herbig would be good compensation and if they would to want a 3rd instead of a 4th I would be okay with a 2026 3rd instead. Xavier McKinney- This is NOT a trade. this is a signing that I think the Steelers should make in the offseason if the Giants aren't to re-sign the safety. Again strenghtening the secondary, pairing McKinney with Fitzpatrick would be lethal along with a CB group of Surtain, JPJ, Peterson, and Wallace. The move wouldn't be too expensive to add a great player.
