If anyone remembered the 2022 draft, you would remember everyone expecting Aidan Hutchinson to be the number 1 pick from when the Jaguars secured the number 1 spot to sometime in April. Travon Walker went from mid to late 1st round pick to a top ten pick before the combine started. NFL scouts saw something in Walker that Baalke decided to take a risk on him over what people called a generational talent in Hutchinson.
Though Travon Walker has had a pretty good career at Jacksonville, let's play hypothetical and think what Jacksonville would look like with Aidan Hutchinson playing along side the Josh Allen of defense. They also had a pretty good offense and they finished 9-8 this year. Would the presence of Hutchinson make them better? Would it make the Lions worse without him? Would anything change?
