A Hawaii native who moved to the LA area at 12, McMillan had a great high school career and was a 5 star. Originally committed to Oregon, he soon flipped to Arizona to join many of his high school teammates, becoming the highest recruit in program history. McMillan was a star from the moment he arrived, and had a monster season in 2023. In 2024, he maintained form and was still cone of the best receivers in CFB.
