This has been one of the biggest topics of the entire season, i got a lot of time on my hands so lets break down all their wins this season and see how "easy" their path truly was
Week 2 vs Dolphins
Yeah Miami was absolutely horrible this season, even worse in the first half and they beat these guys in a SHOOTOUT so not that impressive Rating: Very Easy game
Week 4 vs Panthers
This was before Panthers broke out, they were still a pretty shitty team at the time but they did absolutely curbstomp them so that was impressive Rating: Pretty easy game
Week 5 vs Bills
Now this was easily their best and signature win of the season, came on the road vs the undefeated bills on primetime and pulled away with the last second win. They deserve flowers for this Rating: Very Impressive win
Week 6 7 8 vs Saints Titans Browns
Yeah.... all these teams were absolutely terrible, this was the easiest 3 week stretch any team had this season Rating: Very easy games
Week 9 vs Falcons
Again, Falcons not a great team and they only won on a missed PAT, but its not like they're the worst team in the world but this is still a very mediocre team Rating: Not really impressive
Week 10 vs Bucs
Bucaneers were in the middle of their mid season collapse so they weren't at their lowest yet but they certaintly weren't at their highest anymore. Kinda an in between id still consider the bucs a solid team at that point tho Rating: Good win
Week 11 vs Jets
Its the Jets Rating: very easy game
Week 12 vs Bengals
Bengals were 1-5 with Flacco at starter including a loss to the Jets, they were competitive in almost all their losses but also Pats were in that group & only won by 6 Rating: Quite easy
Week 13 vs Giants
Giants were on like a 40 game losing streak, pats just added insult to their injury
Rating: vert easy game
Week 16 vs Ravens
Ravens are a frisky team this season, at that point they were relatively more healthy but then Lamar got injured after like a quarter, Ravens looked like they still had it in control but Pats rallied back to win. Rating: Quality win but cant give them full credit
Week 17 & 18 vs Jets & Dolphins
Again its the jets, and the dolphins playing all their backups Rating: very easy games
So in the end they had: 1 very good win, 2 kinda impressive ones and the other 10 were cakewalks for the most part, some even easier then a cakewalk. Not EVERYONE they played was a terrible team like how some people phrase it but they do have a point when you break down every single opponent how many were free wins
