Why Boston does this: Sabonis, Aldama and Acuff/M.Brown is a good return for J.Brown imo, they could run a lineup with Sabonis, Tatum, White, Acuff and then Queta (big lineup), Aldama/Hauser (3-Point lineup) or Pritchard (Small Ball) as the fifth. Why Memphis does this: They have a ton of cap space and should use that to acquire picks ot swaps in this case. Ja is an obvious trade candidate, Aldama can be traded for picks cause the front court next year should be Edey+Boozer with Hendricks and GG of the bench. Potential lineup: Jerome, Coward, Wells/DeRozan, Boozer, Edey. Select Carr at 16 if he's available, and you have a talented bench aswell. Why the Kings do this: Tbh, i don't want Acuff landing in Sacramento, because they have a bad record with developing players. K.Murray played his worst season so far, D.Carter has so much potential but couldn't show anything of it yet, Clifford got used as a PG at times even tho he could shine as a 3&D wing. So why not hunt for stars? A potential lineup of Ja, Clifford, J.Brown, K.Murray, Raynaud with Monk, Hunter, Achiuwa off the bench doesn't even sound that bad. If they can find the right coach, Brown could carry this team to a playoff spot, like he did with a Tatum-less Boston team.
