Pistons trade three of their own picks, that are not worth much anyway, to get a second option. Of course it's risky to bring in KD looking at chemistry and age, but it was clear to see in this year's playoffs that the pistons need scoring outside of Cade (they almost lost to Magic in the first round, that can't happen if you're the one seed). Rockets relationship with KD is destroyed i think, so if they can get half decent players and a pick or two, they'll take it. Harris and Murray could both have an impact, Harris great for the locker room, Murray creating offense more reliable than Amen. For the Pelicans it might look weird to give up Murray for role players, but imo Murray and Fears don't fit next to each other, and I rate Fears extremely high. They would also have 3 FRPs including their own next year by doing this trade, which means they could sac the 2027 season aswell and try to be good in 2028.
