  1. Tyler Herro for Spencer Dinwiddie & an unprotected pick in 2025

  2. Duncan Robinson, 2026 FRP (top-4 protected), & 2028 FRP (top-4 protected) for Kai Jones

  3. Kyle Lowry, Nikola Jovic, & 2024 FRP for Gary Trent Jr, Chris Boucher, & Malachi Flynn

  4. Kai Jones & Malchi Flynn for Delon Wright

Why each team says yes:

  • Nets get Herro for pretty cheap. Can't ask for much more than this, since Brooklyn's sacrificing all their 2024 cap space with this move.

  • Hornets get 2 picks for taking on Robinson's contract, also add a sharpshooter to a roster that desperately needs one. Losing Kai Jones doesn't hurt because he's currently the 3rd best center in their rotation.

  • Raptors get a Lowry reunion, intriguing young prospect, and a pick. Losing Trent could hurt but they did just draft his replacement. Also creates more cap space for next offseason.

  • Wizards get 2 prospects for an expiring veteran. Flynn is probably cooked but I'm pretty high on Jones, if developed correctly.

  • Heat add defense and depth without sacrificing much on the offensive end. The scoring they lose from Herro can easily be made up for by Dinwiddie & Trent, not to mention a slight role increase to Caleb Martin. They do lose 3 picks (and get one back), but their window with Jimmy (who's almost 34) is right now, not 2028. They also go from approaching the second apron to barely ducking the tax, which is good in terms of roster flexibility for the next 2-3 years.

New Rotation:

Spencer Dinwiddie // Delon Wright // Austin Rivers

Gary Trent Jr. // Josh Richardson // Edmond Sumner

Caleb Martin // Jaime Jaquez Jr. // Haywood Highsmith

Jimmy Butler // Chris Boucher // Kevin Love

Bam Adebayo // Thomas Bryant // Orlando Robinson
