Houston gives up FRP (if it falls outside of Top3 only I would probably suggest) and Jalen Green for a star in DeRozan. Harden and Dray signed in FA to round out the vet core. This is a gamble but its already looking questionable as to how many of the Rockets young players are actually any good.

Harden-KPJ-Demar-Draymond-Sengun

Bulls get great value for a single year of DeRozan and embrace the tank. Green gives them a young SG to pair with a resigned Coby White. Lavine would be flipped for further assets too. Pick falling outside Top3 conveys into a choice of the Thompson Twins or Jarace Walker.
