I’ve been training consistently for years, but lately I’ve hit a wall with muscle growth. I eat clean, lift heavy, sleep well — the whole package. A guy at my gym mentioned HGH (human growth hormone) and claimed it helped him break through a plateau and gain lean muscle. I’m skeptical though. Is it legit, or just another overhyped shortcut with more risks than benefits? Anyone here actually used it or looked into it in depth?
