Philosophy Notes:

  • Each and every player will be celebrated :)

  • "The ultimate goal is to make the NBA" is the foundation to my personal scouting philosophy.

  • The aim is to present an alternative scouting resource that is less critical and more celebratory; you won't find "players weaknesses" or any personal takes of limitation on a prospect.

  • Development isn't linear...we have zero idea what will happen when these players get into the league, so who am I to decide what a player "can't and may not be able to eventually do."

  • Being ranked highly or selected highly may mean more to you, than it does to me; simply being recognized as a potential NBA player is an achievement.

  • This is NOT meant to predictive, this is meant to be reflective of what I would do if I was in an NBA front office.

  • I don't believe in "busts"...the amount of factors (both on and off the court) that affect a player's career early-on is immeasurable. Timing matters, fit matters, and most of all, it's ALWAYS an "and". A player doesn't "fail" because of an isolated deficit.
