Philosophy Notes:
Each and every player will be celebrated :)
"The ultimate goal is to make the NBA" is the foundation to my personal scouting philosophy.
The aim is to present an alternative scouting resource that is less critical and more celebratory; you won't find "players weaknesses" or any personal takes of limitation on a prospect.
Development isn't linear...we have zero idea what will happen when these players get into the league, so who am I to decide what a player "can't and may not be able to eventually do."
Being ranked highly or selected highly may mean more to you, than it does to me; simply being recognized as a potential NBA player is an achievement.
This is NOT meant to predictive, this is meant to be reflective of what I would do if I was in an NBA front office.
I don't believe in "busts"...the amount of factors (both on and off the court) that affect a player's career early-on is immeasurable. Timing matters, fit matters, and most of all, it's ALWAYS an "and". A player doesn't "fail" because of an isolated deficit.
