Has his head on a swivel, intelligent floor general Ambidextrous finisher, springy around contact Impressive sight in the half-court, finds little slivers in the defense Stays patiently in plays, makes smarter, yet decisive decisions Just a competitor, pushes the capabilities of his opponent Long range, impactful all around the court with his shot Electric, fun scorer who constantly looks for basket opportunities Very strong, elaborate passes Been a long-time contributor for Baylor Despite results, shot selection is concerning Has had a consistently strong 3pt percentage throughout his Baylor career (42%) Being an older prospect won’t help him at a development standpoint, already so soaked into the Baylor offense Really aware of cutters and rollers, so impactful as a pnr, or cutter-hunting passer A bit small, TINY wingspan Not afraid to pick up his dribble, see the court, real sense of maturity Impressive and bursty first-step, invisibly quick rip-through Good touch in the lane Not an impressive defender, doesn’t have the tools to work with Likes to differentiate pace, impactful A bit late to help defense reads, love the will, though Has contributed to big time basketball, won a CHIP Steps up in the clutch, big impact and quick-score guard Like his pass delivery versatility Inconsistent game-to-game efficiency-wise, what it's like being a score-first guard Complimented George so well in his season at Baylor Shoots so well when he’s in any kind of rhythm

An unprecedented motor. Offensively and defensively. Is he old? Yes, quite. But that doesn't make Flagler any worse of a player. If any team is looking for an immediate impact player, Flagler is their guy. Can find guys all around him, possessing elite playmaking ability, while also being an absolute flame thrower from deep, he has NBA range. Works his ass off defensively, I think that despite his small frame and height he could be a positive defender at the next level. I think for any win now team, Flagler is an excellent pick. He is unfortunately quite old, short, and lacks a lot of physical tools. His upside is very limited and there might even be questions if his offensive prowess can translate to the next level. But I think it would be silly if not one team gave Flagler a call on draft night, despite being a 1999 prospect.

Note: My draft philosophy has the foundation of "the ultimate goal is to make the NBA, not be ranked the highest." The energy of scouting here is more about celebration of each player, regardless of ranking.

Adam Flagler is an efficient combo guard known for his deadly accuracy from beyond the arc. Standing at 6-3, 180, he may be slightly undersized and could face challenges guarding NBA shooting guards. However, he compensates with his ability to create his own shot and serve as a valuable floor spacer.
