I honestly cannot fathom how scouts and fans alike make the same mistake over and over again. They’ll sleep on prospects who aren’t really flashy/don’t have super impressive numbers, and those prospects end up making them look silly. Adou Thiero is another one of these prospects, and I plan on being on the right side of history with this one. Adou is capable of guarding every position at the college level, has been a very efficient scorer on his 2-point shots, and does the little things that help teams win games. He likely won’t be a star in the NBA, but he will be a guy that every team wants. Don’t be stupid by ranking Adou low because he doesn’t have as much “upside” as other prospects. He will make you look very silly for that when he is an all-nba defender and one of the most valuable role players in the league.

Thiero is a hard worker. He doesn't have the elite potential or boom or bust qualities that make people excited, instead he prefers to do what he's best at. Do what helps his team win.

His defense is consistent and reliable, he's big and won't get outworked.

He will find his fit with any team that drafts him.
