Barlow is the type of player that scouts are craving after. He has ideal size, and versatility. He has high basketball IQ, and is a very good off ball player. On ball, however, he has shown flashes of being able to create his own shot. He can guard multiple positions, though isn't an elite defender. He's strong and has a nice shooting stroke. We'll see if he ends up having enough firepower in his arsenal to warrant a spot in the NBA.

Barlow is a lengthy shot blocker. He can guard 1-4 and can switch on in the P&R. Barlow has a nice release and can shoot pretty well. Barlow is decent finisher but will need to expand his shot creation and mid range

Strengths:

Stretch big, gets open in the corners where he's automatic. Was able to create for himself for his size. Gets past closeouts for easier midranges. Can get strong finishes in the post and uses finesse ability to take control. Solid defender.

Sometimes would rather take contested shots from the side, falls away instead of attacking big man in the middle. Might get lost with smaller defenders on occasions.
